Chicken breast recipes are a lifesaver when it comes to getting a tasty dinner on the table, but they certainly don’t have to be boring! From creamy, comforting chicken dinners to quick stir-fries and crispy, sticky fakeaway favourites, there are SO many delicious things you can make with a simple pack of chicken breasts.
I’ve gathered together some of my favourite easy chicken breast recipes to give you plenty of inspiration for those ‘what shall we have for dinner?’ moments.
Whether you’re after a quick midweek meal, something a little special for the weekend or just fancy trying something new, there’s plenty to choose from here!
“Made this Fried chicken for the first time and it was a big hit at my Korean theme dinner! It was the first to go! Recipe is a keeper and my friend asked for the recipe! It’s that good! ❤️”
Chicken breast is one of those ingredients I come back to time and time again. It’s quick to cook, really versatile and brilliant for soaking up all those lovely flavours from sauces, spices and marinades.
I know chicken breast can sometimes have a reputation for being a little dry (we’ve all had a disappointing chicken dinner!), but it really doesn’t have to be.
For a busy weeknight, I love something like my Quick Chicken Stir Fry. If I’m in the mood for something rich and comforting, my Creamy Tuscan Chicken is a fantastic choice. And when we’re craving a takeaway-style dinner, it’s hard to beat that Crispy Sesame Chicken.
My biggest tip? Don’t overcook your chicken breast! It’s naturally lean, so a few extra minutes can make all the difference between beautifully juicy chicken and something a bit chewy. If you’re cutting it into chunks or strips, try to keep them roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
Here are over 50 of our favourite Chicken Breast Recipes that are on our regular rotation.
I’ve included everything from speedy 20-minute meals to lovely comforting dishes that are perfect for when you fancy something a bit more indulgent. Hopefully you’ll find a few new family favourites!
Which one is you’re favourite? Please let us know in the comments below. Now let’s get cooking!

Crispy Chicken Cutlets With a Gochujang Sauce Recipe
I like to flatten/tenderize the chicken in this recipe for a quick cooking time. My trick for the ultimate flavour with this BLT chicken salad is to cook the bacon on a rack in the oven, with the chicken breasts on a tray underneath, so the bacon fat drips onto the chicken.
Packed with flavour, my Tuscan Chicken in Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Sauce is the ultimate chicken dinner. Serve with pasta, potatoes or just a big hunk of bread to dip into that creamy sauce.
This Chicken Yakisoba is my copycat version of the Wagamama classic noodle dish. Made with soba noodles, chicken, prawns and egg, it's ready in 20 minutes!
This is a simple hands-off method of getting a dinner on the table quickly. Everything is added to the tray at the start, then it all cooks together in the oven. The addition of the cornflour helps the sauce to thicken as it cooks.
