Do you have a fridge full of Turkey slices leftover after Thanksgiving (or expect to do so come Boxing day!)? How about one of these left over turkey recipes? Perfect for using up those leftovers.
I could probably eat a hundred turkey butties in a row before I got bored.
Ideally with lashings of President butter (that stuff is so good I’m only allowed to buy it at Christmas and on holiday), a pinch of salt, leftover stuffing, cranberry sauce, and maybe a touch of mayo too. Christmas day evenings wouldn’t be the same without one of those butties.
Even if I’m still full from dinner, I can always find a bit of room!!

As with the puff pastry pie, simply make the stock without the chicken/turkey and add the cooked turkey once the creamy soup is ready.
Boil up those turkey bones too for this one!

Hope you enjoy!
Let me know if you have a fantastic turkey-leftovers recipe – i’d love to hear!
