Gotta love the versatility of pasta. Â Quick, easy and the one thing I can pretty much guarantee the kids will devour! Here are 21 of my favourite pasta recipes for when you’re stuck in a pasta rut and don’t want spaghetti bolognese.
Don’t get me wrong here, good old spag bol is still a family favourite that we have at least every couple of weeks and I LOVE it! I sometimes feel like I’m cheating – a food blogger who should be experimenting and trying new things – always going back to a simple spag bol. Â So I love to look for new, simple pasta dishes to fit into the recipe rotation.
We’ve got 21 pasta dishes, that’s 3 weeks worth without going near good old Spaghetti Bolognese. So let’s dig in:
Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe
So good it's said to win hearts with just one mouthful. Pan fried chicken in a creamy-garlic-parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, basil and fresh tagliatelle.
Cherry tomatoes, roasted with garlic, onion, courgette and peppers, then tossed together with pasta, pesto and cream – this is an easy, meat-free meal, where the oven does most of the work for you.

It looks simple, it IS simple, but it tastes amazing. Al dente pasta tossed in warm garlicky olive oil with the addition of chilli flakes for some gentle warming heat.
