Garlic and Coriander Potatoes
A great way to pep up the flavour of regular potatoes. Serve with grilled meats, fish or curry. They make a great addition to any BBQ too!
These hasselback potatoes are crisp and flavourful, with a lovely fluffy tender interior. They soak up any sauce beautifully, and they re-heat well too, so they're great for making ahead!
Creamy, cheesy scalloped potatoes with ham are comfort food heaven! Blending layers of tender potatoes with savoury, smokey ham in every bite. I'm using 3 different cheeses to really level up this potato dish, making it a luxury side dish for Christmas, Thanksgiving or any gathering!
Saag Aloo is a beautiful Indian side dish made with spinach, potatoes and spices. I like to add a little stock to mine to made it a little bit saucy too.
Creamy, buttery, cheesy, bacon-y mashed potato, topped with caramelized onions plus MORE golden, bubbling, melted cheese and crispy bacon bits. It really is mashed potato heaven.

Perfectly seasoned cubes of golden potato with lovely chunks of peppers and onion. A great addition to a fry-up for breakfast or as a side dish with dinner.
