(1/2 cup) elderflower cordial

Instructions
Place two slices of cucumber in each of the ice lolly molds.

Mix together the Prosecco and elderflower cordial and divide between the ice lolly molds.
480 ml (2 cups) Prosecco,
120 ml (1/2 cup) elderflower cordial
Place the lids on and the ice lolly sticks in and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
** Note - you may need to set your freezer temperate a little lower to get a really solid ice lolly - I had mine set at -20C/-4F.
