Place the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and water into the bowl of a small food processor.
200 g (7 oz) block of feta cheese, 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, 1 small clove garlic, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp cold water
Blend together until smooth. If you would like a thinner consistency, add more oil or a splash of water.
Transfer to a bowl and serve as it is, or drizzle over a little olive oil or sprinkle on some black pepper if you like.
