An easy honey mustard dressing for salads - simply add the 4 store-cupboard ingredients to a jar, along with a pinch of salt and pepper, shake and serve.
Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl or jar.
60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, pinch salt, pinch black pepper
Whisk together until combined. If using a jar, place the lid on firmly and shake until the ingredients are combined.

Can I make it ahead?Yes - make the dressing and store in an airtight jar. Store at room temperature for up to a day, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.Take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving, to allow it to come up to room temperature, and give the jar a shake before serving.Nutritional information is approximate per tablespoon of dressing.
