(⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) spiced rum
(I use Kraken spiced rum)

(2 cups + 2 tbsp) pomegranate juice
100% juice, not the diluted kind

(2 tbsp) Cointreau

(1 cup) spiced ginger beer

(2 cups minus 3 tbsp) frozen mixed berries

(¾ cup) fresh raspberries
A few sprigs of fresh thyme
Instructions
Pour the rum, pomegranate juice, Cointreau and ginger beer into a large jug. Stir to mix.
90 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) spiced rum,
510 ml (2 cups + 2 tbsp) pomegranate juice,
30 ml (2 tbsp) Cointreau,
240 ml (1 cup) spiced ginger beer
Half fill 4-6 glasses with frozen berries (add a little ice to if you want to).
250 g (2 cups minus 3 tbsp) frozen mixed berries,
Ice
Fill the glasses with the cocktail, then top with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh thyme before serving.
