¼of a small pineappleskin removed, chopped into small chunks

Instructions
Place all of the ingredient into a small bowl.
Mix together and serve.
Notes
You can make the salsa a couple of hours in advance, just mix everything together – except the coriander – then cover and refrigerate. Mix the coriander in just before serving..Nutritional Information is per serving.
