300ml(1 1/4 cups) vodka

Instructions
Add a bag of ice to the punch bowl (See Note 1 if making ahead).

Pour in the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and clementine juice .

Add the juice of 2 limes and stir.

Add the lime slices, clementine slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds.

Pour in the prosecco and vodka. Stir and sprinkle on fresh mint leaves.

Notes
Note 1: Making ahead If you’re making the punch ahead, don't put the ice, prosecco, vodka or mint leaves in. Make the rest of the punch a few hours ahead, then add the ice, prosecco and vodka. Stir together and top with the mint leaves.Note 2: Alcohol-free versionDon't add the prosecco and vodka, instead add an extra 300ml (1 1/4 cups) clementine or orange juice, plus 750ml (or about 3.1 cups) or sparkling red or white grape juice. I like to use Schloer, but you can use your favourite.Note 3: Scaling down the recipeThis recipe makes around 18 cups of punch.
