Hi Nicky, I don’t have much luck with cooking steak but have just seen your recipe so I am going to try it but I haven’t got a cast iron frying pan I have a Ninja one and they don’t advise heating it up to very hot can you recommend any other make please, I have an induction hob.     1. Hi Trish, they’re for fan ovens, as I find most people seem to use fan these days. Hope you enjoy the recipes 🙂
